Although this program is designed to reduce the risk of transmission of DHF, low community participation in prevention activities is a serious challenge. The overview of community development efforts in Tegal Sari Mandala III Kelurahan shows unfavorable results. The distribution of low dengue fever events and a lack of significant relationship between efforts to eradicate mosquito nests and DHF incidents indicate the need for a more comprehensive and collaborative approach in dealing with this health problem. Active participation and public awareness are needed to create a healthier environment and prevent the spread of DHF in the future.
