Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis to determine the relationship between variables.

Results

The results showed that there was a positive influence between transformational leadership and employee attachment at PT. Gading Cempaka Graha. This means that the stronger the transformational leadership applied by management, the higher the level of employee attachment. High employee attachment will contribute to increasing productivity, motivation, and loyalty to the company.

Overall, this research provides strong evidence of the importance of transformational leadership in creating employee attachment at PT. Gading Cempaka Graha. By increasing transformational leadership, companies can achieve better results in terms of employee involvement, motivation, and productivity.
