The level of knowledge about stroke can contribute to the reduction in the incidence of stroke. Research Purpose and Methodology

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of risk factors and the criteria for stroke knowledge in the USU Medan Hospital. The study uses an analytic method with a cross-sectional cutting design. Primary data are obtained through questionnaires and direct measurements carried out by a purposive sampling technique. The data collected is then analyzed using a statistical application program to determine the relationship between risk factors and stroke knowledge.

This result indicates that there is a strong correlation between the level of risk factors and the criteria for knowledge about stroke.
