This research has some important implications. For prospective issuers, it is important to choose a guarantor of emissions with good reputation and maximize the company's financial performance. For investors, understanding the factors that influence underpricing can help them in making more appropriate investment decisions. Subsequent research can examine other factors that affect underpricing, such as market conditions, regulations, and non-financial factors.
