This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of e-SPT in the Lubuk Pakam Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) and identify the obstacles encountered in their use.

Methodology

The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, which involves interviews with tax officers and taxpayers to collect data.
