Introduction

The observed parameters included the number of chlorophyll, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and analysis of beta carotene content and nitrogen nutrient absorption.

Research Results

The results of the study showed that the use of inorganic fertilizer (K1) provided better growth and production of caisim compared to liquid organic fertilizer from a mixture of buffalo rumen and coconut water. However, the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer at 16.07% (P1) and the frequency of administration every 3 days (F1) gave the best results in terms of growth and production of caisim plants.

The interaction between the mixture of organic matter and the frequency of liquid organic fertilizer application had a significant effect on plant height at the age of 30 days after planting and the number of leaves at the age of 12 days after planting. Additionally, the interaction between the mixture of organic matter and fertilizer concentration had a significant impact on the leaf area at the age of 18 days after planting and beta carotene levels.
